Our Chardonnay is medium to full bodied, with intensity, complexity, flavour concentration, texture, persistence but most importantly, balance.
The style exhibits an aromatic quality, high acid and mineral / flinty / steely elements, and savoury / bready nuances and the capacity to cellar.
The wine has exceptional length and finesse.
