Higher Plane Wines holds and from time to time will collect personal information from customers including amongst other details, names, addresses and email addresses of its members only.

Higher Plane Wines may use all of the details it obtains from you to advise of special offers and to facilitate normal business operations.

Higher Plane Wines will not sell or disclose its customer lists containing personal information to third parties unless required by law. Higher Plane Wines may disclose your personal information to third parties who process personal information on their behalf.
