vintage report 2007
Harvest 2007 was the earliest start in the history of Margaret River grape growing due to the dry warm Spring & Summer conditions. The weather remained fine & warm throughout harvest allowing us to fully ripen all the grapes with the result of producing
fruit driven wines bursting with flavour. The whites are fresh & vibrant while the reds are rich in colour with plenty of fruit depth. In summary, 2007 was a very good vintage across the board, and an outstanding year for Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
