South by Southwest Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Margaret River has shown itself to be eminently suitable to the production of blends of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
The South by Southwest Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a stylish wine with verve and brio. Light to medium bodied with palate weight being derived from the Semillon component, and the nerviness and punch coming from the Sauvignon Blanc.
We seek to make the wine with intensity, balanced acidity and a cleansing, refreshing palate, reflecting the natural acidity and dryness of the southern Margaret River area.
